About Us...

Over the last 25 years in the computer industry, Mr. Percell has been employed as Computer Salesperson, Vocational Instructor/Administrator, Consultant, Networking Specialist, On-Site Field Engineer and Webmaster for various computer service companies in the California North Bay Area.

Mr. Percell has been a Professional Educator since 1992,
a Computer Service Engineer since 1989 and Computer Salesperson since 1986.

Mr. Percell held authorization to instruct Electronics Technologies and Microcomputer Applications by the State of California. He is an experienced teacher and computer repair service technician. With over 28 various operating systems under his belt, everything from Windows 3.x, 9x, NT3.x, NT4.x, W2K, XP, Novell, Unix, DOS, OS/2, AIX, SCO, OS/400, to PICK; he has it covered. His Extensive Hardware background includes everything from Mainframes to Minicomputers to Microcomputers to Supercomputers and their peripherals.

He specializes in computer network design, support/training, web site design,
e-mail systems, teleconferencing, video editing and computer graphics.
